We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the major tourist destinations in the city. The hotel staff were knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for sightseeing. The tramway station, near the hotel, made it convenient for us to explore the city, including the famous Grand Bazar. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had good pillows for my neck problems, excellent staff, convenient location in the center near attractions and with easy parking, comfortable rooms.
